Poverty Relief PROGRAMMING

Poverty relief programing is best illustrated by the weekly free laundry at the laundromat for unhoused individuals that has provided free laundry access to 155 individuals year date (415 free loads of laundry). In addition, VCWL has sought to leverage this weekly event as a means to provide additional services to Burlington's most vulnerable residents, adding free food trucks, COVID clinics, and winter clothing giveaways.
